You report hours to Staff-Line, and we handle all other aspects of payroll processing such as: creating checks, direct deposit, tax payment and reporting (State and Federal Withholding, FICA, FUTA, SUI, quarterly reports w-2s, and w-3) and bank reconciliation. We provide detailed, departmentalized and custom payroll management reports. We work with you to ensure proper job costing, prevailing wage compliance, and certified payroll administration. We process and remit all garnishments, respond to wage requests, and handle employee expense reimbursements and advances. We offer on-line access to payroll data and a choice between several electronic time and attendance systems. These systems provide convenience, save paper, improve accuracy, reduce payroll costs, and electronically store important payroll records.
