Staff-Line will, with your input, develop new or update existing disciplinary policies and procedures. We provide forms, training, and assistance with disciplinary actions such as employee counseling, suspension, and termination. Proper disciplinary procedures and actions are a proactive way to reduce exposure to employment related litigation and reduce potential legal costs.

Exit interviews
At your request, an HR Specialist will perform Exit Interviews and provide written documentation and feedback.
Complaint Procedures
Staff-Line will, with your input, develop new or update existing complaint procedures. We provide forms, training, and assistance with complaint investigations. When we investigate complaints we provide a third party to help resolve differences. This helps to reduce exposure to employment related litigation and reduce potential legal costs.

All policy and procedure development, supervisor training, and HR guidance will be in compliance with EEO guidelines. Assistance with Affirmative Action is available from our HR Specialist for an additional fee.

Employee Communications & Publications
Staff-Line provides a customized employee handbook for each of its clients. We either create a new employee handbook based on the client’s policies or we review and if necessary update their existing handbook. We regularly review the employee handbook for compliance with any changes to labor law. Each employee is provided with a copy of an employee handbook. An acknowledgement of receipt is sent to Staff-Line and kept on file. We also provide and annually review labor postings.

EPLI
EPLI (Employer Practices Liability Insurance) protects against lawsuits arising from employment practices. Discrimination is an example of an employment action that could create a serious problem. Staff-Line’s clients and employees are covered under our EPLI policy. This affords them a level of protection against unforeseen and unintended liabilities. Coverage details are governed by the insurance policy.
Attitude Surveys
Employee attitude impacts productivity and performance. Staff-Line can help develop and administer attitude surveys which provide valuable information about the workplace. This information can be used to improve morale and to avoid devoting resources to places where they will not have a positive impact.
