Workers’ Compensation Administration
Staff-Line eliminates the necessity of a down payment and annual audit. With our “pay as you go” pricing you pay workers’ compensation premium only on payroll that has been paid. Staff-Line will fill out and submit all NYS Workers’ Compensation forms for any compensable injuries. We are the direct contact with the insurance company and keep you informed as to the status of the employee’s condition and the claim. Staff-Line uses a Return-To-Work Program to ensure that employees receive proper care and return to work as soon as possible. This helps maintain employee morale and productivity. We also aggressively monitor claims to reduce fraud and unnecessary costs. This helps reduces insurance premiums.

Safety Inspections/OSHA Compliance
Preventing workplace injuries is the ultimate goal of Staff-Line’s Risk Management Department. Our Safety Experts will provide regular and requested on-site safety audits and assistance in implementing safety improvements. Staff-Line’s Risk Management department will maintain your OSHA 300 log and provide recordkeeping assistance. Staff-Line will assist, when possible, in responding to OSHA inspections and citations. Safety programs such as HazCom, Personal Protective Equipment, Emergency Egress, etc. can be “installed” for OSHA compliance.

Safety Training
Staff-Line provides job specific safety training for a variety of topics. Available services include safety manuals, safety policies, and specialized programs such as back safety, hazard communication, and forklift operation. We can also, on an as needed basis, provide “Train-the-Trainer” classes for many of these safety topics.

Drug Testing
Pre-hire, Post-offer, Post-accident and Random testing is available. Staff-Line completely administers the programs. We arrange the tests, maintain the records, and comply with regulations such as those from the DFWA, DOT, FAA, ADA, HIPAA and other Federal, State, and Local laws. Our Medical Review Officer can be accessed via a nationwide laboratory network.
