From new hire to termination, Staff-Line maintains required employment records. We audit the records as they come to us and we ensure that they are complete and are stored properly. This includes ensuring records are retained for the required time and that they are properly destroyed when they are no longer needed. Promotion/Transfer/Separation Processing
Changes in employment status are documented by the client and submitted to Staff-Line. We implement the changes and store the records. This includes changes in compensation, job classification and employment status. These records are then available for verifying pay rates, commissions, reasons for termination, and benefit eligibility. Being able to retrieve these records is critical for managing unemployment costs, benefit and COBRA administration, and avoiding conflict regarding compensation.

Human Resource Information Systems
Staff-Line maintains a human resource information system (HRIS). Clients and employees have access to on-line forms, can view and update employee information, input payroll data, view management reports, and more. Our system is secure and is regularly backed up. Many of our clients find that Staff-Line’s HRIS eliminates the need for them to purchase and maintain their own system.
