Orientation of New Employees
Staff-Line processes all new hire paperwork including the I-9 and W-4 and complies with new hire regulations such as PRWORA, DFWA, and IRCA. We ensure the collection of insurance election forms, insurance waivers, and documentation of Handbook review/receipt. We supply pre-assembled and 100% compliant new hire packets, train your management personnel on the completion of these packets and audit them for completeness as they are received. Staff-Line then enters all new hire data into our human resource information system (HRIS).

Performance Appraisals for Management and Non-Managemnt
Staff-Line provides performance appraisal forms, training on conducting performance appraisals, and assistance with documenting the results. Our HRIS system will provide reminders when performance appraisals are due. When properly done, performance appraisals are proven to increase productivity (and profits!) and significantly decrease exposure to employment related litigation. Customized programs are available for an additional fee.

Supervisor Training and Management Development
Our HR professionals will provide your Supervisors with training in areas of employment practices which often are the subject of workplace problems and employment claims. We provide a supervisor manual and newsletters for guidance and annually review them with your supervisors. For an additional fee, our HR professionals will also provide your Supervisors with customized in-depth training on Complaint Procedures, Workplace Discrimination, Violence in the Workplace, Handling Workplace Conflict, Employee Counseling and Termination.
